NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CASTLESPRING ENTERPRISES LIMITED (嘉甦企業有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, whose registered office is situated at Room 1027, Ocean Centre, Canton Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong (“the Transferor”) carrying on the business of amongst others developing and manufacturing toys and games under the name of CASTLESPRING ENTERPRISES LIMITED (嘉甦企業有限公司) at Room 1027, Ocean Centre, Canton Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong has agreed to sell and transfer its business (“the Business”) to CASTLESPRING LIMITED (嘉甦有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, whose registered office is situated at Unit 1208, Kwai Cheong Centre, 40–54 Kwai Cheong Road, Kwai Hing, New Territories, Hong Kong.

Completion of the transfer shall take place on  1 April 2022 (“the Transfer Date”).

The Transferee intends to carry on the  Business at Unit 1208, Kwai Cheong Centre, 40–54 Kwai Cheong Road, Kwai Hing,  New Territories, Hong Kong under the name of CASTLESPRING LIMITED (嘉甦有限公司) after the Transfer Date.

Notice is hereby given that at the expiration of one (1) month after the date of the last publication of this notice, the liability of the Transferee for all the debts and obligations arising out of the carrying on of the business by the Transferor shall cease by virtue of this Ordinance unless proceedings are instituted prior to such expiration.
