Pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of the Transfer of Business (Protection of Creditors) Ordinance (Chapter 49 of The Laws of Hong Kong)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that RIGHT CAPITAL LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong whose registered office is at Conference Room J, 3/F., Mega Cube, No. 8 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong whose registered office is at Conference Room J, 3/F., Mega Cube, No. 8 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong “Transferor”) and carrying on a money lender business (the “Business”) under the name of Right Capital Limited at its registered address has agreed to transfer the Business to CHING WAN WAH KITTY holder HKID Z012058(9) is at 12A, Wah On Court, 138 San Wai, Yuen Long, New Territories, Hong Kong (the “Transferee”), as a going concern, including in particular certain assets relating to the Business.

Completion of the transfer of the Business is expected to take place on 18 May 2021.

The Transferee intends to carry on the Business under the name of “RIGHT CAPITAL LIMITED” at the Transferee’s aforesaid address or such other place as the Transferee may determine.

Notice is hereby given that at the expiration of 1 month after the date of the last publication of this notice pursuant to Section 5(3) of the Transfer of Business (Protection of Creditors) Ordinance, the liability of the Transferee for all the debts and obligations (if any) arising out of the carrying on of the Business by the Transferor shall cease by virtue of the Transfer of Business (Protection of Creditors)Ordinance unless proceedings are instituted prior to such expiration.
