Notice is hereby given that Trendz Station Limited, a Hong Kong limited company with registered office at Room 1203, 12/F, Tower 3, China Hong Kong City, 33 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, Chef’s Path LTD, a United Kingdom limited company and Waleed Mohd AK Alsaleh, an individual residing in Jordan and Mohammed Taha Wadiwala, an individual residing in the United Arab Emirates collectively “the Transferor” carrying on business (“the Business”) under the name and style of “Chef’s Path” through certain channels or websites including, without limitation, the Amazon Account through Amazon.com, Inc., a Delaware corporation and its worldwide Affiliates including without limitation through the Amazon Account agreed pursuant to an agreement in writing dated the 9th December, 2021 to transfer the Business to Yellow Strawberry LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, United States of America as Transferee.

Completion of the transfer is to take place on the expiration of one month from the 28th January, 2022 being the date of publication of this notice and following such completion the Transferee intends to carry on the Business in the same formulation and method as has been carried on before the date of the Agreement by the Transferor.

Notice is hereby given that at the expiration of one (1) month after the date of the last publication of this notice, the liability of the Transferee for all the debts and obligations arising out of the carrying on of the Business by the Transferor shall cease by virtue of the Transfer of Business (Protection of Creditors) Ordinance unless proceedings are instituted prior to such expiration.
